1. Contracting parties

Completing checkout creates a retail contract for HSN 1209 sowing seed packets across vegetable, flower, forage, herb, spice, and fruit-planting lanes shown on this site.

2. Listing fidelity

• Variety name, pack size, and HSN class on the product page define what we commit to supply.
• Macro photographs are illustrative; natural seed colour and grain variation within grade is expected.
• If a lane sells out mid-season, we may pause the SKU until the next sourcing window.

3. Pricing & settlement

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise.
• Accepted rails: UPI and Cash on Delivery where the PIN is serviceable. Email OTP verification is mandatory before order lock.
• Any COD handling fee is disclosed on the summary screen before you confirm.

4. Order lock

When payment clears or COD is accepted, we issue an order reference. Quote that reference for every support ticket in Track & Support.

5. Risk boundary

Kabir Enterprise is not liable for courier force majeure, extreme weather holds, or address faults supplied by the buyer. Seed packets are not held indefinitely at transit hubs.

6. Governing law

This charter is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from purchases on this cascade storefront.
