Hold & Cancel Protocol

1. Pre-pack holds

Cancellation requests filed in Track & Support before packing begins may be approved with a full reversal to the original payment rail.

2. Post-label state

After a shipment label is created, cancellation is usually closed. Refusing delivery remains possible; return freight and spoilage risk may reduce any refund.

3. COD discipline

Repeated COD refusals without a documented cause may suspend COD privileges on the member account.

4. Refund timing

Approved reversals are initiated within 5–7 business days. Bank or UPI settlement then follows the provider’s own clearing window.
