Dispatch Lane Rules

1. Service map

We dispatch HSN 1209 sowing seed packets across vegetable, flower, forage, herb, spice, and fruit-planting lanes to PIN codes covered by our courier map across India. Unserviceable PINs are blocked or flagged before payment.

2. Seal & pack standard

• Seeds leave the desk in moisture-safe foil packets to protect germination potential.
• High-heat corridors may receive extra insulation during peak summer weeks.
• Outer cartons list variety cues and handling marks for the courier lane.

3. Cut-off & transit

Orders locked before 1:00 PM IST on business days usually enter the courier lane within 24–48 hours. Festival surges may add one processing day.

4. Shipping charges

Prepaid checkouts receive free standard shipping unless a remote-area surcharge applies. COD may carry a handling fee shown before confirmation.

5. Delivery attempts

Couriers typically attempt delivery twice. Buyer unavailability can trigger return-to-origin; re-dispatch of seed packets may incur an extra lane fee.
